Overview

Dhondi is an ERP platform for college group administrators to track and manage data across multiple colleges - all from one dashboard, instead of jumping between different tools and files.

The Problem

• Admins managing multiple colleges had no single place to see everything

• Finance and staff data was spread across separate tools, making cross-college comparison a manual effort

• No easy way to spot attendance issues, revenue gaps, or staffing problems across all institutions at once

What I Designed

Staff Module

• Staff Overview - total headcount, present/absent, late check-ins, and early check-outs across all colleges

• Attendance Overview -college-wise attendance trends with present, absent, and on-leave breakdown

• Staff Details -college-wise strength charts, role breakdown (HOD, Professor, Faculty), and experience distribution

• Smart Alerts - flags patterns like repeated Monday absences and uninformed leaves

Finance Module

• Revenue Dashboard- shows total fees collected, fines, pending payments, and expected amounts per college

• Transactions -a full log of financial activity across all colleges in one place

• Settlements- tracks inter-college settlements so admins can see what's been cleared and what's outstanding

• Cross-college comparison table with collection percentages to quickly spot which colleges are falling behind

Outcome

• Complete high-fidelity Figma design across both modules

• Currently in active development
